We are pleased to announce that Desktoo Italia, the Italian company of the multinational group PBS Holding AG, has reached an agreement with OCL, sole shareholder of OCL Trade, for the acquisition of all the shares of OCL Trade. This acquisition was completed on April 30t, as also reported by industry expert OPI: Desktoo OCL OPI<\/a><\/p>\n

The Alemanni family and its 75 years of history therefore merge into a leading group in Europe.<\/p>\n

The union of a historic reality in the Italian market with one of the most important European operators, both companies active in the distribution of products and services for schools and the work environment, will allow us to expand the range of products available to customers with the aim of improving the level of service that the two organizations have been able to provide to their customers in recent years.<\/p>\n

Sharing the moral values \u200b\u200bunderlying entrepreneurial activity and affinity of views represent the foundations and guarantee of continuity and future development.<\/p>\n

From May 1st, our over 4,000 customers have at their disposal an assortment of over 23,000 items ready for delivery, a new web portal for orders (https:\/\/store.desktoo.com\/), new marketing and e-commerce tools .<\/p>\n

At the same time we offer our suppliers the opportunity to develop their assortments on new customer segments, as the overlap between the two organizations is extremely limited.<\/p>\n

I take this opportunity to thank the Alemanni family and the PBS\/Desktoo team for the precious and active contribution provided in these months of preparation for this important event<\/p>\n
