Through this acquisition we can strengthen our position in Europe and a nice healthy company like Adveo is added to our portfolio of companies. We know Adveo Benelux as an ambitious, growing company with an outstanding committed team which fits entirely within our strategy,\u201d said Richard Scharmann, CEO PBS Holding.<\/p>\n<p>PBS is one of the key members of Interaction and with this Adveo Benelux will also become a member of Interaction. Interaction is a purchasing grouping that purchases jointly at the European level and operates its own brand: Q-Connect. Over the past decade, PBS has continuously expanded its business through acquisitions and start-ups. In 2023 local sales and logistics teams served more than 200,000 customers in eight countries and around 1,400 employees generated an annual turnover of 433 million euros.
