Frank Exslager will be taking up the reins in this newly created position on 1 July 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Frank Exslager possesses more than 20 years of management experience in international wholesale and retail \u2013 including positions in Germany, France, Poland and Singapore. Most recently, he was Managing Director of Lyreco Germany. Based on his comprehensive expertise in the business customer sector, combined with his strategic experience in managing complex sales structures, Frank Exslager will assume a leading role in the continuous development of the PBS Germany Group. The objective is to secure sustainable growth and strengthen the Group\u2019s profitability over the long term.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am very much looking forward to taking on my new role and to working with the PBS Germany Group team, in order to generate fresh momentum in the German market. Our aim is to consistently develop the company in a customer-centric manner while simultaneously ensuring long-term economic stability and growth,\u201d emphasises Frank Exslager.<\/p>\n<p>In his position, Frank Exslager will report directly to the CEO of PBS Holding, Dr Richard Scharmann, MBA.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve had the pleasure of getting to know Frank over recent months, and I\u2019m delighted that he\u2019s on board with us.
