September 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On September 17, the acquisition of Verhaak by PBS Benelux was signed. &#8220;Verhaak is a wholesaler in our industry with an excellent track record. We quickly realized that Verhaak is a great fit for PBS in the Benelux and that there are many advantages to this acquisition. PBS and Verhaak are quite complementary to each other,&#8221; says Erwin Snoeker, managing director of PBS Benelux. Like Verhaak, PBS is a very strong player in the industry, and this acquisition will make PBS even stronger in the Benelux.<\/p>\n<p>What does this mean for customers?<\/p>\n<p>Verhaak will continue to operate under its own name and as an independent company, with the former management remaining in place.
