The acquisition became effective with the signing of contracts on September 5, 2025, in Bratislava.<\/p>\n<p>Papera will become part of Lamitec through a merger by the end of 2025, and the Papera brand will cease to exist in the Slovak market. This acquisition will strengthen Lamitec&#8217;s position in the Slovak market, especially in the Bansk\u00e1 Bystrica region, and will give Papera&#8217;s customers access to a wider portfolio of products and services. The company Papera on the Czech market will continue without a change of ownership.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are thrilled to welcome the Papera team to Lamitec,&#8221; said Martin Mol\u010dan, managing director of Lamitec. &#8220;Papera has an excellent reputation for fast, &#8216;at-the-desk&#8217; deliveries, a wide range of hygiene products, and printer rentals for customers. We are confident that together we will be able to better meet the needs of customers throughout Slovakia with our own transport.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Milan Vetr, former managing director and co-owner of Papera, added: &#8220;We are happy to join Lamitec in the Slovak market. We believe this merger will bring many benefits to our customers and employees.
