PBS Holding AG in Austria is taking over Adveo Benelux, with retroactive effect, from August 1, 2024.
Adveo Benelux acquired from Adveo France will be part of PBS Holding, strengthening the PBS network which is now active in 10 European countries.

PBS is one of the key members of Interaction and with this Adveo Benelux will also become a member of Interaction. Interaction is a purchasing grouping that purchases jointly at the European level and operates its own brand: Q-Connect. For the customers and suppliers of Adveo Benelux, this means continued cooperation with the same people including the support of an European company.
The day-to-day management of Adveo Benelux remains in the hands of the current management team, led by Erwin Snoeker (general manager).
This represents the second acquisition for PBS Holding in the current year after taking over O.C.L. in Italy, which was successfully integrated into PBS’ Italian wholesale business Desktoo.
PBS Holding, one of the leading distributors and resellers of stationery and office products in Central and Eastern Europe, is thus continuing its rapid expansion. Over the past decade, PBS has continuously expanded its business through acquisitions and start-ups. In 2023 local sales and logistics teams served more than 200,000 customers in eight countries and around 1,400 employees generated an annual turnover of 433 million euros. PBS Holding, based in Wels, Austria is multi-channel, which means taking a leading role in wholesale and direct sales in the respective countries.
