PBS Holding announces the appointment of Frank Exslager as the new Managing Director of its subsidiary – the PBS Germany Group. Frank Exslager will be taking up the reins in this newly created position on 1 July 2025.
Frank Exslager possesses more than 20 years of management experience in international wholesale and retail – including positions in Germany, France, Poland and Singapore. Most recently, he was Managing Director of Lyreco Germany. Based on his comprehensive expertise in the business customer sector, combined with his strategic experience in managing complex sales structures, Frank Exslager will assume a leading role in the continuous development of the PBS Germany Group. The objective is to secure sustainable growth and strengthen the Group’s profitability over the long term.
“I am very much looking forward to taking on my new role and to working with the PBS Germany Group team, in order to generate fresh momentum in the German market. Our aim is to consistently develop the company in a customer-centric manner while simultaneously ensuring long-term economic stability and growth,” emphasises Frank Exslager.
In his position, Frank Exslager will report directly to the CEO of PBS Holding, Dr Richard Scharmann, MBA.
