On September 17, the acquisition of Verhaak by PBS Benelux was signed. “Verhaak is a wholesaler in our industry with an excellent track record. We quickly realized that Verhaak is a great fit for PBS in the Benelux and that there are many advantages to this acquisition. PBS and Verhaak are quite complementary to each other,” says Erwin Snoeker, managing director of PBS Benelux. Like Verhaak, PBS is a very strong player in the industry, and this acquisition will make PBS even stronger in the Benelux.
What does this mean for customers?
Verhaak will continue to operate under its own name and as an independent company, with the former management remaining in place. For Verhaak customers, contacts, product ranges, ordering processes, and service will remain unchanged.
